3 Ways to Pay your Assessments1) Homeowners portal: Using a credit or debit card - a 2.9% + 30¢ processing fee is added to each card payment.
2) Homeowners portal: Using your bank's account and routing numbers - a $1.00 processing fee is added to each ACH payment. 3) Using a personal check, bank check or money order. Make check payable to Hunter Pointe HOA, do not forget to include your home address and mail it to: Hunter Pointe HOA P.O. Box 981506 West Sacramento, CA 95798 Please allow enough time for your check to arrive, be processed, and be credited to your account. The HPHOA is not responsible for Bank or USPS delivery issues, nor can the HPHOA track lost checks.
