Our HOA is managed by a dedicated Board of Directors who are elected by the community. All board members are volunteers who generously donate their time and serve two-year terms. If you're interested in joining the HOA board or becoming a committee member, please reach out to a current board member or attend our next board meeting. We welcome individuals who are committed to serving our community and are passionate about making a difference.

The Architecture Control Committee (ACC) plays a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic and architectural integrity of the neighborhood. Its primary responsibility is to ensure that the community maintains its consistent architectural appearance by enforcing the provisions outlined in the Homeowners Association's (HOA) Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants, and Conditions.
The ACC is made up of a group of residents who have been appointed by the HOA board to review and approve or deny architectural control requests. Their main focus is to ensure that any modifications or changes made to the exterior of a property are in compliance with the community's rules and regulations.
To ensure that any exterior modifications to your property comply with the community's standards, it is essential to submit an Architecture Control request before starting your project. This request can be submitted through your homeowner's portal, where you will need to provide detailed information about the proposed changes, such as the type of materials to be used, the color scheme, and any potential impacts on neighboring properties.
The ACC will review your request to ensure that it complies with the community's guidelines and standards. They may also visit your property to assess the proposed changes in person. If your request is approved, you will be granted permission to proceed with your project. If your request is denied, the ACC will provide you with a reason why and offer guidance on how to modify your plans to meet the community's standards.
